Board Level Overview

The Board of Directors is responsible for the delivery and performance of the Group. The day-to-day running of the Group is delegated by the Board to the Managing Directors within each company. The primary function of the Board is to increase shareholder value through sound business management and by creating long term strategies that minimise risk and increase customer satisfaction.

The Board of Directors meets on a regular monthly basis to ensure the management of each business and the group is meeting the expectations of both its customers and its shareholders alike.
